Sorry for this message that does almost as Paris, but the situation bothers me so much I have to do it anyway!
I subscribe to Vélib 'and I found this wonderful system. I love taking a bike after work and go home in the sun and the wind in your hair.
The problem is that there are more and more of Vélib 'out-services and it is not fault unfortunate but pure vandalism.
punctured wheels, frames folded through handlebars sawn (true!) And baskets stolen, imagination is boundless to piss ...
I'm really not for the proliferation of surveillance cameras, but here we will have to do something because it is really painful and unfair. How do you think people unleash their car if nothing is done to improve public transport?
