Birthday Cakes With Dirt Bi

Tour de France

This text was written by a guide for 14 years ..... extract or I do not know!

One day I decided to meet with various companies that line guides France. So I took the train to Carcassonne.

warm welcome to the 4th Carcassonne. I was introduced to patrol the groundhog. It is especially shocking to the uniform first sight. The shirt unbuttoned, feet bare, navy blue shorts, and hats off to 4 bumps for protection from the sun. Here's the cry of pat, quite the style groundhog, "Cicada, silent you let me sleep! "

I was a little puzzled and more information, I asked them what they did during the camps. The patrol leader said, "Oh, you know during the camps, it's hot, it does not work too. One day is pretty busy! Exercisable at 11 am, 1 hour eating, then it's nap. At 6am, part alley, then supper, then goes down very tired. "This visit

over, I decided to go to Versailles. The patrol Swan invited me to his little snack. A huge contrast appears in the uniform: the headband with the darling together, raised collar, a small scarf around the neck, handbag navy blue, pearl necklace, not to mention the clip earrings. I was going to skip straight skirt that is stylish and small moccasins varnish. That's when the cry of a voice pat valuable "Swans always beautiful! "

The meetings are very entertaining, they embroider, sew, make mundane, give parties, cocktails, contests
bridge ... I flew to Alsace, which as everyone knows, is very traditional. Alas I found a little scared, it's also the corner of the big eaters.
This was certainly the Stork Patrol who received me. The bulging guidouilles were well, although the uniform off, here and apron, ladle, salt, pepper and sugar are among the 5 objects. Their cry patrol did not surprise me, "Stork, the kitchen is still very, very good! "I was invited
kindly get acquainted with an accent! I could describe to you ... Oh! And then you know! Senior Patrol will be on the camp a week before to dig cellars and larders. "They must be very deep and very fresh! "Had added the leader. Quite greedy company 7th Alsace.

Finally, finally, I went for a ride Britain in the second Coetquidan.
I arrive in town and I came face to face with the patrol headed buffalo patrol totémisée mammoth, it should be!
Their company is very strict, uniform is really special: Baden Powell hat, shirt, sky blue, shorts above the knee, not to mention the Rangers. I almost forgot the cry of pat:
"Buffalo, stuff in the bacon! "
activities during the year are very athletic, hiking, first aid, climbing, commando training, trainee parachutist course of hardening in Guyana ...
The Chieftain gives his orders in a tone command that admits of no reply. Nobody stumbles into the ranks.

Returning home, I keep my Tour de France the wonderful memory of a scouting multifaceted.

What Is The Falling Action Alas Babylon

An Adventure

article for the newspaper of the Diocese

Every year since Baden Powell and his first camp in 1907, Scouts from 8 to 20 years and heads, engage in this great adventure that is Scouting . At Besancon as we remember ...

Young go on the roads, in forests, the wild in search of a joy to live with others. What makes the beauty of Scouting compared to a summer camp is its religious dimension. We discover in nature the work of God, that we learn to make one of our brethren, unto Him we learn to serve.

We walk against the current, researching and cultivating values that we believe fundamentals. And we give ourselves the means to get there. A rule, a law is not an obstacle, it's a springboard. It is a rule of life. The uniform is our unity: no difference between us. The difference will be on the character and willingness to progress. And our uniform is also a demonstration of what we are, our "window" towards the world.

For my part, Scouting is a change. I was shy, reserved and unsure of myself ... Scouting me want to live for myself, for others. Some gave me responsibilities entrusted me young. I have always received a lot, and I still get a lot today, even in the head, but I know it is a reciprocity. The service is a thank you for what I won, for the support I had, for the friendships that mark my path.

I think back to this Gospel passage which speaks of talent. I thought I had a ... I wanted to keep it to myself and then gave me a hand. Today I have the joy of many, the joy of seeing them grow, to placement and power in my turn reach out to young people entrusted to me.

Today, we look more and more young people undertake, taking initiatives, which can be trusted. Scouting is a school of life, a school that wants to move forward. "If you miss the road, there is" Here's the rule for older ... So follow this rule, leaders, take the risk of discovering new trails, to reach out to others.

I would end by this expression of John Paul II: Duc in Altum!
